These terms govern web design services provided by FSC Digital. By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

FSC Digital provides web design services including one-page websites, multipage websites, and custom projects such as ecommerce and booking systems. Scope and pricing are confirmed after a free consultation.

Pricing and payment

• Starting packages: One Page from €349 / $400, Multipage from €649 / $744.
• Custom features are quoted separately.
• Typical payment schedule: 40% to start, 60% before launch.
• Domain registration is not included unless quoted as an extra.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, and feedback within agreed timelines.
• Supply media assets or approve stock media selections.
• Review deliverables and request revisions within the agreed scope.

Revisions and scope

Each package includes revisions within the agreed scope. Changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees, quoted before work begins.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and content created for the project. FSC Digital retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel before work begins with a full refund of any deposit. After work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and covers work completed to date.

Liability

FSC Digital provides web design services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or third-party service outages (hosting, domain, payment providers).
